Overall the packaging was good and everything was complete. Just a suggestion it has instructions that it needs to be heated but when you heat it, it becomes very hard. Am dof you don't heat it it is not not in a proper consistency to apply directly. Overall if you take proper time to heat it and then let it cool and keep repeating, then its application is smooth.
